Mural Title: The Mourning of Nature
Through this mural I present a half-dead world that is increasingly degraded by the exaggerated exploitation of natural resources which are abused to the point of extinction. The butterflies, evocative of all that's beautiful, innocent, harmonius and humble in the world have now come to represent a life that is almost over and whose life force falls into an infertile ground that absorbs humanity's decaying waste. This mural reminds us not only of what mankind has done to Nature, but what we've done to each other and to ourselves.
