Mural Title: Wisdom
This mural is a representation of a Costa Rican “campesino” as a symbol of wisdom; wisdom that has been lost by recent generations because of our lack of connection with 
Nature and disregard for the knowledge painstakingly acquired by our ancestors. The 
mural contemplates the concept of the speed with which time flies and all that we do not appreciate now or refuse to see or conceive of through ignorance will inevitably become clear as the future unfolds. The beards unite with the butterflies to suggest that the wisdom goes hand in hand with conservation.
